A three-year starter for the Aggies, Bisontis played right tackle in his first year before switching to left guard for his final two seasons. He blocks with a heavy, powerful punch, shocking opponents with thudding strikes. He shows good balance in pass protection, using superior upper-body torque to absorb strikes by opponents while holding his ground. He brings a quick first step to react to defenders and keep them squared up, and he reacts quickly to stunts and line games. Bisontis shows good recovery skills, and even when he lets an opponent gain a step, he can “ride the bull” and carry them out of the pocket or past the quarterback. He has the ability to drop his heels and reestablish his anchor when he gets knocked back at the snap. He gave up just one sack on 441 pass blocking snaps in 2025, per PFF. In the run game, Bisontis plays with good leverage and pop, uprooting defenders and pushing them off their spots. He’s a nimble-footed athlete who moves easily on pulls and blocks. He churns his feet to the whistle, washing defensive linemen down the line on zone blocks. He flashes the ability to reach and seal on play-side runs, working both his feet and hands to quickly outmaneuver opponents. He climbs to his targets quickly at the second level and engulfs them to seal them away from the play. He plays with an edge, looking to deliver punishment whenever he can.
Bisontis lacks ideal length and is likely viewed as an interior lineman only. He occasionally over-sets outside and lets rushers cross his face and get into the pocket. He plays too high at times, losing his leverage and failing to execute the block. He’s susceptible to swim and club moves and can be thrown off-balance. He is occasionally a beat slow to move to his second block on climbs and misses his target.
